I can provide any bookkeeping, accounting or payroll services you require, I use the latest versions of Accounting and Payroll software or if you prefer to be able to access your up to date accounts online I can use an online solution or your existing software with remote access.
I specialise in bookkeeping, accounting & payroll service for small and medium sized sole traders, partnerships, LTD's & LLP's.
I have over 15 years’ experience in accounting, bookkeeping and payroll and has worked for many companies in many capacities including a company accountant for a small Limited Company for 7 years, and 10 years as a sole trader preparing annual accounts for small and medium sole traders, partnerships, LTD's & LLP's.
I am a Xero Certified Advisor, a Quickbooks Pro Advisor, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, Association of Accounting Technicians, International Association of Bookkeepers and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, I am also an Ex Member of The Sage Accountants Club and Independent Certified Practising Accountants.

£20.00 per hour plus 45p per mile round trip travelling cost on site in other areas
BOOKKEEPING TASKS AS STANDARD
Record sales invoices and maintain the sales ledger
Record purchase invoices and maintain the purchase ledger
Maintain the general/nominal ledger
Record, summarise and analyse bank receipts and bank payments
Reconcile bank, loan and hire purchase accounts
Prepare payroll records
Maintain associated PAYE scheme and deal with HMRC correspondence
Preparation and submission of periodic VAT returns
Prepare periodic Management Accounts Reports
All tasks are conditional upon the information and source documents provided
AUTO ENROLMENT COMPLIANCE AND CONTINUAL ASSESSMENT
We can provide a full Auto Enrolment compliance and continual assessment service to you as well as look after the processing of all the paperwork for your Auto Enrolment Compliant Pension Scheme.
This Service is being offered in partnership with Genlife Pensions and Payroll, details of Genlife
We can also offer a self Administered Pension portal for you for an initial set up fee of £100.00 this includes setting up the pension plan for you as well as the portal for you to administer your own pension plan.
